When police raided Brian Wilsher's home in Erin Road, Duckmanton, Chesterfield, they found 50,000 of the tablets - brand named 'Kamarga' - plus 4,000 boxes of unlicensed Kamagra condoms and Kamagra oral jelly.

Court blocks Medi-Cal pharmacy payment cuts Print E-mail
State officials have renewed efforts to cut payments to pharmacies for prescription drugs to millions of low-income Medi-Cal patients after a federal appeals court put a 10 percent rate reduction on hold for at least a month.

The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco ordered a halt to the cost-cutting measure Friday in a lawsuit by pharmacists and patients, who claimed the reduction violated federal law and would cause some pharmacies to stop filling Medi-Cal prescriptions. The court said its injunction would stay in effect until Aug. 11, when a federal judge must decide whether to extend the order.

Kmart Pharmacy expands generic prescription drug savings program Print E-mail
Kmart Pharmacy has lowered prices and expanded its generic prescription drug program to include more than 500 commonly prescribed generic medications.

In addition to offering more than 100 generic antibiotic, pain and cold/cough treatments for only $5 per prescription, the Kmart Pharmacy has lowered the cost of a three-month supply of many common maintenance medications to just $10, according to Kmart.
